Breckland District Council, North Norfolk District Council, South Norfolk District Council, Broadland District Council and Great Yarmouth Borough Council (the Councils) are seeking to procure a single training provider to deliver training and development to enable the learner to achieve the Chartered Institute of Housing Level 3 qualification and an apprenticeship in Housing.
