Provision of a Basic Asset Protection Agreement (BAPA) with Network Rail to support the GRIP 1-3 development work.
Network Rail Services for GRIP 1-3 development within the BAPA include:
| • | provision of Network Rail sponsor support to provide guidance to the Customer; |
| • | preparation, facilitation and conclusion of any further agreements with the Customer; |
| • | provision of guidance on applicable Network Rail Procedures/Requirements and Standards; |
| • | provision of Network Rail record drawings and services information where available; |
| • | attendance at meetings; |
| • | review of method statement/risk assessments/ health and safety plans/ Asset Management Plans/ environment plans/ safety management plans; |
| • | appointment of project engineers for applicable engineering disciplines to undertake design review and acceptance or no objection where necessary; |
| • | issue of access permits or track visitor permits; |
| • | provision of site safety staff to ensure a safe system of work on Network Rail property; |
| • | review of Work Package Plans submitted by the Customer. |
