Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council is seeking professional trainers to deliver support planning training to staff working with adults, thus ensuring a trained and qualified workforce providing high quality care. The training and development of staff working with adults is necessary in order for them to effectively safeguard and promote the welfare of adults, including being able to recognise when an adult may require protection and knowing what to do in response to concerns about the safety and welfare of an adult.
