The objective of this opportunity is to undertake a programme of mystery shopping across all facilities in its network of Household Waste Recycling Centres within the Growth Environment and Transport Directorate. Waste Management currently has 18 Household Waste Recycling Centres (HWRCs) across the County with total customer throughput each week equating to around 69,000 visits. Waste Management is committed to providing a high level of service to its customers and recognises that one of the key ways of achieving this is through obtaining customer feedback. The successful provider will be responsible for the planning and execution of a maximum of 864 mystery shops (48 per site) over a 12 month period. The contract is anticipated to commence upon 1st December<i> </i>and will continue for a period of three years (36 months) with an option to extend for further period(s) up to a maximum of two years (24 months).Potential providers are invited to express an interest and download the documentation from the Kent Business Portal (www.kentbusinessportal.org.uk). If the provider is not already registered on the portal, registration will be required. Expressions of interest cannot be submitted by any other means.
