RA258553 - Disposable Curtains For Shropshire Community

We are looking for pricing for supply of Disposable Curtains for 4 Community Hospitals in Shropshire (Ludlow, Bishops Castle, Bridgnorth and Whitchurch) we are currently using Linen curtains , we are looking to change over to Disposable Curtains from 1st April. We have done an Audit of the Amount of Curtains required for a 2 yr period inc spares so usages figures are approx. The contract will be for a 2 year period. On receipt of pricing we will shortlist and invite Top 2/3 suppliers in to the Hospitals to identify any additional tracking/maintenance required other than the curtains this is due to time constraints .

Attached is the specification of the curtains required eg sizing, colour etc

If sizings differ from spec please specify your sizes and recommendations

Please advise if you offer a service for the Disposal of Curtains (if so identify the process involved and any additional costs)

Please advise if you offer an option for Privacy and Dignity labels (advise any additional costs)

Please identify any Training/maintenance offered during term of the contract

Any additional benefits that you can offer please identify with costing's if appropriate and support documents
