DUD- Provision of Servicing, Reactive, Programmed Works, Maintenance and Installation of Passenger Lifts 2019-2021

Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council Invites Tenders for the provision of Servicing, Inspection of Passenger Lifts, including Release of Trapped Passengers, Reactive and Programmed Repairs to Passenger Lifts, Installations/Upgrades to Passenger Lifts, Replacement of Passenger lifts and could include the removal and disposal of materials containing asbestos during new installations in housing (of whatever tenure) and community buildings and facilities, commercial and retail buildings, educational buildings and other related assets. The contract will be for servicing, inspection, reactive and programmed repairs and maintenance works for all housing high rise and hydraulic lifts in sheltered accommodation and potentially any other lifts within the borough's assets, or assets of borough partners. The appointed contractor will provide Inspection, Comprehensive Maintenance and Testing of Lifts at Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council maintained Sites.

Once you have done this you must log back into the website using the details provided following registration and locate the contract document under Tenders, My Tenders on the menu. The Tender should be received no later than Friday 19.10.2018 at (noon) 12:00 and tender documents will be available for download until 23:59 hours on Thursday 18.10.2018. on this website URL: www.blackcountrybusiness.co.uk To access documents bidders are required to register with the website. This may be done in 2 ways;

1. use the Register/Sign In button located on the Home screen or
2. find the project under the All Opportunities link and use the Express Interest button. Companies who have previously registered with the website will be invited to input their login detail.

Once an expression of interest has been accepted by the system, Users MUST log back into the system to access documents. Now they will appear under the My Tenders tab. The Council expressly reserves the right:

• i)Not to award any contract as a result of the procurement process commenced by publication of this notice;
• ii)To make whatever changes it sees fit to the content and structure of the tendering competition;
• iii)To award contract(s) in respect of any part(s) of the requirement covered by this notice; and
• iv)To award contract(s) in stages and in no circumstances will the Council be liable for any costs incurred bycandidates.
