description
Measuring how Londoners perceive TfL is a crucial part of monitoring and understanding the dynamics of its reputation. The Reputation Tracker covers TfL as a whole, London Buses, London Underground, and Roads. Other operating businesses are not included due to questionnaire length and due to lower awareness/understanding about them. For example, London Underground is better known and more widely used than the Docklands Light Railway and therefore likely to have more impact on TfL’s reputation.
