description
Wandsworth Borough Council is seeking expressions of interest from suitably experienced and competent suppliers for a contract providing an efficient, cost effective and comprehensive cleaning services to communal windows and other glazing on housing estates.
The contract will be for a fixed term of five years with a possible mutually agreed extension of up to two years. The planned commencement date is 1st April 2016.
It is anticipated that tenders will be sought in September 2015.
There are approximately 1000 blocks on 170 estates and 38 sheltered schemes throughout the borough and the estimated annual value of the contract is £54,000.
