The Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC - the 'Authority') is seeking to distribute vitamin D supplements of 10 micrograms (400 IU), compliant with the EC Food Supplements Directive 2002/46/EC as well as all other applicable food law, to provide to those on the Clinically Extremely Vulnerable list ('CEV') and residents of nursing and residential care homes in England ('care homes') where this need is particularly important.
