Coventry City Council is seeking to enter into a multi-supplier framework for the provision of hire of specialist heavy plant and machinery with operators required to deliver the carriageway resurfacing elements of the Coventry Annual Highway Maintenance Capital Programme of Works - managed and coordinated by the Carriageway Resurfacing Technical Manager, working within Coventry Highway's Direct Labour Organisation (DLO). The framework is divided into 6 Lots
