Careers and Employment Service Enhancement of Employability of Students

The University is looking for a Provider with experience in the HE student sector who can work with the Careers & Employment Service to deliver the following outcomes:

Programme management of a development scheme for students who aspire to secure placement or graduate roles in large corporates with competitive selection practices.

Development of innovative mock recruitment and selection approaches, including video-interviewing, working with the team to implement and evaluate the system and offer.

Contribute to the implementation of the employer engagement plan and refinement of services for employers, extending relationships to increase engagement with high profile graduate recruiters.

Employer focused contribution to the development and implementation of the graduate competency framework, shaping the framework and including resource development.

Benchmarking, horizon scanning and bespoke think pieces; contributing to the development of the service for clients and impact on graduate destinations.

Evaluating the impact of initiatives.
