Brief Description of Requirement:

BEIS wishes to appoint a contractor for consultation analysis to enable us to finalise the design of the Net Zero Hydrogen Fund, for launch in early 2022, and to finalise the design of the Low Carbon Hydrogen Standard which will provide criteria for hydrogen producers seeking government support through the Net Zero Hydrogen Fund and/ or Hydrogen Business Model.

This contract will be awarded based on the evaluation criteria as set out in the ITQ document.
