Tender for Workforce Training and Development Support and Governance Support Services - AWARD

Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council ('The Council') wishes to invite interested parties ('Tenderers') to participate in a tender exercise to establish an Agreement for the provision of Workforce Training and Development Support and Governance Support Service.The duration of the contract will be for 3 years ('initial period') with an option to extend for an additional 1 year (extension period), subject to satisfactory performance and available finance.Tenderers should note that the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 ('TUPE') may apply in relation to the Contract and are referred to in the Contract Conditions which contain more detailed provisions regarding TUPE. The Council gives no assurances about the effect of TUPE and Tenderers should form their own view on whether TUPE applies before submitting their tender for the Services.Indicative budget for this contract is £100,000 per annum.
