A footfall counting and reporting service to provide information on pedestrian movements for three market town centres; Witney (Pop. 28,000), Chipping Norton (Pop. 7,500) and Carterton (Pop. 16,000). The data is needed to support and monitor our town centre recovery work in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
