The Ministry of Justice (MoJ) is looking to appoint a supplier to support victims of a miscarriage of justice, through self-referral or from the Criminal Cases Review Commission (CCRC), providing advice and support to enable integration back into society, including social welfare advice in the areas of housing, debt, benefits and health.
Grant funding totalling £300,000 across 3 years is available for this requirement. The service is required to commence from 1st April 2023. The Ministry of Justice is holding a virtual market engagement event on Wednesday 16th November 2022 at 3pm to present more detail about this requirement. There will also be an opportunity to ask questions.
