Northamptonshire Children's Trust County Council is re-opening up a Framework Agreement for the provision of supported accommodation services for looked after young people aged 16 - 18 years.

The Framework Agreement is split into four (4) Lots:

  • Lot 1: Semi Supported Accommodation with 24 hour staffing (Accommodation Manager) and a minimum of 2 hours of 1:1 support per Young Person per week
  • Lot 2: Semi Independent Accommodation (solo or shared) with 2 hours of 1:1 Support per Young Person per week
  • Lot 3: Standard Additional Support Hours
  • Lot 4: Specialist Additional Support Hours.

Potential Providers can tender for one, several or all Lots; however if they are tendering for Lot 1 or 2, they have to tender for Lot 3.

Potential Providers can tender for Lot 3 and 4 only.

The Framework Agreement is advertised under the Light Touch Regime (LTR) and will therefore be re-opened at regular intervals. The Council expects the Framework Agreement to re-open annually, but it may open at other intervals at its discretion.
