Delivery of a suite of MCA and DOL training, to include the following four training topics with the availability to deliver the following quantities of training per annum:

  1. Mental Capacity Act (MCA) and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DOLS) - up to 12 x 1- day (or equivalent) sessions per year (minimum 6 hours virtual delivery)
  2. Advanced Mental Capacity Act - up to 12 x 1-day (or equivalent) sessions per year (minimum 6 hours virtual delivery)
  3. MCA and the Court of Protection for Children and Young People - up to 12 x 1 ½-days (or equivalent) sessions per year (minimum 9 hours virtual delivery)
  4. Focused masterclass on an MCA/DOLS topic - up to 3 x 2-hour sessions per year (delivered virtually)

The above volumes are estimated based on current need and may be subject to variation over the period of the contract.

The closing date for submission is 12 noon on Monday 9th January 2023

Procurement Policy Note 09/21 requires us to calculate the value of contracts inclusive of VAT, however we can advertise them exclusive of VAT. The advertised value here is £ 88,000.00 exclusive of VAT.
