In order to de-risk the implementation of the approved Estate Regeneration Programme and the Woodberry Down Regeneration Programme, the Council intends to exercise its Compulsory Purchase Powers (CPO) on three sites – Colville Estate Phase 2C, Marian Court Phase 4 and Woodberry Down Phase 3. To assemble the land and rights required for the successful delivery of these schemes, the Council wishes to procure a consultant to act on its behalf to administer the CPO process and if necessary assist in acquiring those interests not in Council ownership. The consultant will undertake a comprehensive range of services to support the Council in the exercise of its CPO powers. There will be two contracts, one for Colville Phase 2C and Marian Phase 4 and one for Woodberry Down Phase 3. Interested parties can bid for one or both contracts.
