Development Opportunity: Drop-In Event at Tower Hamlets Council, 11th September 2023, 1-3pm
Tower Hamlets Council is seeking delivery partners for 8 development sites in its freehold ownership. The sites range in individual development potential of between 10 - 150 homes, with an overall development potential of 250 homes, subject to design and planning. These sites must meet the Council's policy requirement for 50% affordable new units, with a preference for larger family homes and homes for social rent.
The Council intends to appoint one/two experienced residential developers based on a contractual development agreement. Working jointly with partners will ensure that the Council has access to funds and developer skills, whilst the developer will have access to the Council's land, functions, and client resources.
To learn more about this opportunity, join us at Tower Hamlets Council Town Hall, 160 Whitechapel Road, E1 1BJ on 11th September 2023 at 1pm-3pm.
This event is ticketed. RSVP at: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/development-opportunity-joint-venture-drop-in-event-tickets-694595512877 '
