Building Works at Station Road, Cowley & Berberis Walk, West Drayton

The Council of the London Borough of Hillingdon requires a Contractor to undertake the works to the following 2 properties:

14. Station Road, Cowley, Uxbridge, UB8 3AA (Extension) - This is an extension to the property to add another bedroom to the property with a WC on ground floor. The Extension and WC should be finished to liveable standards.

35. Berberis Walk, West Drayton, UB7 7TZ (Extension) - This is an extension to the property to add another bedroom to the property with a WC on ground floor. The Extension and WC should be finished to liveable standards.

There are drawings of existing provided, but we expect the contractor to provide a full detailed priced proposal and specification for the house extensions.
