The Council requires the services of a professional Client Agent consultancy to support the delivery of its Housing capital investment programme across the 2020-2022-23 financial years.
The Council requires the consultant to provide sufficient competent resources to provide day to day supervision and financial and quality control provision, acting as Client Agent on the project referred to as Walbrook House during RIBA Stages 3 to 5 in accordance with the current estimated programme, from January 2022 to March 2023.
