"Build a new Educational Training Mechanical Workshop Unit at Blackhorse Yard, off Waterloo Road Uxbridge UB8 2QX

Demolition of an existing block of garages and the erection of a single storey

workshop building to house a educational training facility for motor mechanics and all associated utilities , external hard and soft landscape works

Works comprises of the demolish of an existing block of garages, the design and build of new single storey training facilitates including workshop for motor mechanics.

Workshop to accommodate 3 no Motor Vehicles including 1 no Car lift , training room, staff room, wash facilitates, kitchenettes, accessible toilets , mini bus parking with car charging facility, and bicycle parking. External works includes an housing unit (air compressor) , sewer runs, all utilities connections, include boundary treatment including gates, external hard finishes & markings and associated soft landscaping.

We are looking for the construction works to start on site in July 2023 and be completed in 32 weeks"

JCT Design and Build 2016 with Amendments (the Contract).
