description

The Authority (MOPAC) as the Contracting Authority for the Counter Terrorism Policing Headquarters (CTPHQ) is seeking the supply of Temporary Modular Vehicle Security Barriers (TMVSB) for a term of 24 months. The Authority is seeking TMVSB that are lightweight, able to provide total road closures and provide vehicular permeability when required.

The TMVSB are to be used in support of the National Barrier Asset (NBA), where the need for lightweight, person portable/manoeuvrable and easy to deploy and recover TMVSB solutions are essential. The TMVSB must be able to be deployed & removed in less than 30 minutes for a standard road closure without the requirement of specialist tools / plant.

For the Authority to better understand the Contractor's storage and maintenance capabilities the authority is seeking the Contractor to provide detail of a storage and maintenance agreement for information purposes.
