- Keeping project milestones on track against strict timelines throughout the project lifecycle.
- Project governance and understanding of project finances must be a key strength
- Tracking of resource time and project costs.
- Producing weekly project update reports and timelines.
- Managing project working groups and project boards.
- Agree a prioritised list of initiatives for identified projects within the Crisis & Flow Programme and work with key Clinical leads for each of them
