• oICS Digital Contracts Review
• oICS UC/Telephony Procurement project
• oICS WAN Replacement

Activities to include:

• oRefinement and analysis of ICS Digital Contracts Register to inform development of a category approach
• oCommercial support to the ICS UC/Telephony Procurement project
• oCommercial review of current partner WAN contracts for ICS WAN Replacement opportunity to help determine the risks, issues, timescales, scope of potential savings
