description
East Suffolk Council are looking to procure building services to construct a single storey rear extension of approximately 22m2 with pitched roof covering to create an additional bedroom and wet room as per plans provided. This is to include all fixtures & fittings, heating, electrics, decorations, paths etc.
Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
