request for proposal for internal communications app

Procurement of a mobile app product which promotes “on the go” internal communications.

The app should include, an option for interaction with colleagues (e.g. ability to share, comment or “like articles”), content for the app is able to be pulled from both a FTP site and from the web, provide a single app able to be used on both the iPad and iPhone/android, able to connect from a number of different sources without the need to connect to our network, etc.

The contract duration is a potential 3 years. Prices will be fixed (i.e. non variable and not tied to or affected by any indices) for the three years of the contract.
