GB-Braintree: Cordons Farm Review

To provide an Operational Review of the Council’s Waste Transfer operation at Cordons Farm to ensure it is maximising efficiency and delivering value for money. Analyse and consider whether glass from bring bank sites that is currently deposited and bulked up at the Council’s depot at Lakes Road can be fully integrated within the operation at Cordons Farm. Review the existing arrangements for the haulage of all material types. The successful contractor may support a procurement process dependant on best value and the outcome of the review.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement, and the contract will be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender.
