The Authority requires the Contractor to supply specialist bespoke Fire Initial
Response Equipment (F.I.R.E) bags. The F.I.R.E bag is a means of getting fire
fighting equipment aloft for such incidents as tower block fires. Further information can be found in the ITT documents.
