P16-302 Dame Alice Owen's School - New General Teaching Block

Construction of New General Teaching Block with associated Mechanical and Electrical Services, External Landscape Works and Drainage, including demolition of existing Teaching Block on Completion. Novation of Design Team to Principal Contractor at Construction Stage (RIBA Stage 5).

Additional information: Contractors will only be considered for inclusion for the pre-qualification and subsequent final tendering process providing they can demonstrate recent relevant experience working within occupied school premises and of projects with insitu concrete frame construction.

Three project examples should be provided, with a minimum of one case study demonstrating insitu concrete frame experience of buildings up to three storeys in height.

In addition, please note that the information appended to this notice is the Planning Design Information (RIBA Stage 3). RIBA Stage 4 Detailed Design Information is being developed at this stage.

This process is of a restricted nature and only those organisations who can satisfy the initial requirements will be sent the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire.

The closing date for submission and applications will be Friday 22nd September at 5:00pm.

Assessments will be made thereafter with Pre-Qualification Questionnaire to follow to selected Contractors.
