PP15066 - Replacement of Pitched Roof Covering at Bilston Nursery School

Replacement of pitched roof covering to Bilston Nursery School, Wolverhampton Street, Bilston, Wolverhampton WV14 0LT. The works will involve replacing the existing roof covering to those areas as indicated on contract drawing APM153079-WD-BS-02,to match the roof covering of those parts of the building recently extended. Board insulation is to be included in between and underneath rafters to conform to Building Regulations and achieve a Uvalue of 0.18w/m². To allow insulation to be fixed to the underside of rafters internally, suspended ceilings and lighting will have to be taken down to those areas affected and as indicated on contract drawing APM153079-WD-BS-03,stored and reinstated upon completion. Please note it is the Council's intention that this requirement will be awarded to a single supplier who will be responsible for the delivery of the entire works.
