2015 - 270 External Wall Insulation schemes

External Wall insulation schemes to:

1. 14 blocks of 4 storey flats in Canley
2. 3 Blocks of 4 storey flats in Willenhall

The primary element of works for both contracts is the installation of external wall insulation. Please note that ECO funding is desired, however not essential. Additional works to the blocks are as follows:

You will then be taken to a Tender Management page, please click on the Suitability Assessment Questionnaire tab where you will then be able to view the TWO documents we have uploaded and the view and answer the Questionnaire we have provided.

Applicants are advised to ensure that they do not base their submission on discussions with any other member of WM Housing Group Staff. If you require any clarification on matters contained within the Tender Documents, you must do so via Correspondence of the WMHG E-Tendering portal. Failure to observe this requirement may result in your bid being eliminated.

Please note that in the case of tender clarifications where appropriate, answers will be circulated to all tenderers.
