Architect design services - Cinderford Northern Quarter, Forest of Dean

Tenders are invited for Full Design Services to prepare developed designs to RIBA Stage 3, undertake pre-application discussion and subject to business case approval administer a building contract through to practical completion for:

1. Two modern workspace units (B1 use) to include access, parking & servicing arrangements on plots F1 & F2.
2. Fifty residential units to include estate road access & parking arrangements on plot G1.

The Forest of Dean District Council seeks to employ design consultants to undertake Design Consultancy Services for RIBA Plan of Work 2013 Stages 0-6, to undertake pre-application discussion with Forest of Dean District Council as Local Planning Authority to prepare developed designs and subject to business case approval administer a building contract through to practical completion and handover.

Selection of design consultants will be weighted 70%/30% in favour of cost/experience of preparing sustainable design within an environmentally sensitive setting.
