The tenders for this project are invited in three lots through the London Borough of Hillingdon's e-tendering portal, www.capitalesourcing.com. The tender documentation can only be obtained through this mechanism. Suppliers may tender for one, two or three lots and Hillingdon reserves the right to award to one or more suppliers. Tenders will be evaluated on the basis of 80% Quality and 20% Price to determine the "most economically advantageous tenders" received.
