The Council is currently in the process of changing its Social Care Client Information System from the OLM (Carefirst) product to Corelogic Mosaic. The Council was seeking a suitably skilled and experienced company to work with the Council to design and develop a suite of learnings to support the implementation of the Corelogic Mosaic product. The commission included the design and development of 47 online learning modules varying in length from 10 minutes to 45 minutes.
