CONCESSION CONTRACT
This opportunity relates to a below threshold contract and is only advertised here to comply with Regulation 110 of the Public Contracts Regulation 2015. The procurement will not follow a procedure under Part 2 of those Regulations and will not be advertised in OJEU
The council is offering an annual concession licence (outside of the Landlord & Tenant Act) for a mobile catering unit. The council is looking for a self-contained mobile operator interested in offering a facility for refreshments.
The council is looking for a minimum requirement of hot and cold drinks, ice creams, biscuits and cake etc. The council is looking for an operator to provide an outside seating area
The council is not looking for a fast food outlet, e.g. hot dog van
