16-007 Internal Audit Support

Rotherham Council is looking to appoint a partner to work alongside its Internal Audit service to develop the audit approach, demonstrate the value of its work and show compliance with UK Public Sector Internal Audit Standards The anticipated spend is in the region of £15,000 to £20,000 however this does not carry any guarantee of turnover and any estimated volumes of business are indicative and may vary upwards or downwards depending on actual future needs. The support is required over a short timeframe and the tasks included within the specifications below must be completed by the timescales advised, bidders should consider the timescales appropriately before submitting a bid. The intention is to award to one overall partner but the Council may decide to purchase any combination of the tasks defined within the specifications set out in 1.2.2 Specifications from the selected partner. All suppliers who wish to be considered for this quotation must register on the YORtender system and electronically complete and upload the quotation documents onto the system no later than 12 noon on Tuesday 12th April 2016. All Requests for Quotation must be returned through the YORtender system and will not be accepted by any other means.
