The council is acting on behalf of a grant applicant based in Walsall who is looking to purchase 1 x longitudinal sealer , 1 x ultra sonic pre-sealer and 1 x set of infeeding parts and sealing bars. The applicant requires a quote for a custom made new machine to fit on an existing machine - model - Zipper Band ZIP-199 .
