Roller Shutter Doors Service & Maintenance Programme Project Description

Swindon Borough Council is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to undertake the Provision of Roller Shutter Doors Service & Maintenance Programme within the Borough of Swindon.

The principal services required will comprise:-

• Servicing of Roller Shutter Doors within the Borough of Swindon.

• Repairs of Roller Shutter Doors within the Borough of Swindon.

Other Information

The evaluation of tenders will be based on 70% total price and 30% quality.

Contract Period

The contract will be for an initial 2 year period commencing May 2017 with an option to extend for 2 further periods the first of 2 years the second of 1 year. This is a competitive tender and a contract will be awarded to the organisation that is deemed to represent the most economical and advantageous tender.

Responses are required to be submitted no later than 21st March 2017, 12.00 GMT by 2 x hardcopy and 1 x electronic copy on memory stick to the address as stated on the relevant Tender Return Label only.
