NOTE: This notice was updated on 29 January 2018 for the following reason: Contract not awardedTo provide Independent Mental Capacity Advocacy to represent and support eligible people under legislative requirements of Mental Capacity Act 2005 and to include legal protection for those vulnerable people who are or may become deprived of their liberty according to Article 5 of European Court of Human Rights.
This Service is funded, commissioned, contracted and monitored from within Telford & Wrekin Council and Shropshire County Council.
