CPI is looking to appoint several suitably experienced Contractors to a Framework for the Provision of Behavioural Coaching and Executive Coaching.
The behavioural coaching is expected to include coaching in the following areas but not limited to:
- oLine Manager Capability
- oPersonal Growth & Behaviour
- oPerformance Management
- oLeadership
The executive coaching element is expected to include coaching in the following areas but not limited to:
- oSituational Coaching
- oUnderstanding the impact of wider economic and social factors
- oBusiness Acumen
- oStrategy planning and implementation
