King's College London's Denmark Hill Campus is home of the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology & Neuroscience (IoPPN) which also provides facilities for the School of Medicine and the Dental Institute.
It is proposed to improve students facilities throughout the campus, including lounges, welfare and religious facilities.
These works are to be let on a D&B / performance specification basis with contractors confirming there understanding of each element and inclusions (finishes, plant, equipment and services).
Full scope of works within areas will be advised at site visit.
