ESCC Supported Accommodation Framework Mini-Competitions

SAF 1 - three bed block contracts providing three 24/7 high intensive supported accommodation beds in one property for both male and female Care Leavers aged 16-25 and young homeless people aged 16-17 in East Sussex who are assessed as having high intensive support needs. Of the three beds provided, all shall be used for emergency, short, medium or long stay placements depending on the needs of the client SAF 3 - an individual placements contract providing 24/7 high intensive supported accommodation beds for male and female Care Leavers aged 16-25 and young homeless males and females aged 16- 17 in East Sussex who are assessed as having high intensive support needs

SAF 5 - a solo placements contract providing high intensive 1-1 or 2-1 supported accommodation beds for those Care Leavers aged 16-25 and young homeless people aged 16- 17 in East Sussex who are assessed as having high intensive support needs and that cannot manage relationships with their peers or because they pose significant risks to others

The mini-competitions were run under the ESCC Supported Accommodation Framework and as such were not available for public tendering. Tenders from eligible parties were received via the SE Shared Services Portal
