Provision of Damp Proofing & Timber Infestation Survey Services

Liverpool Mutual Homes is seeking to appoint a single provider that will provide Damp Proofing and Timber Infestation Survey Services to any of LMH's current stock where Damp or Timber Infestation has been identified by LMH Officers. Please be aware that the successful contractor will only provide a technical survey, with recommendations for works to be completed. LMH will complete any works following the report being received. The successful contractor will be Certificated Timber Infestation Surveyor (CT.I.S), Certificated Remedial Damp Surveyor (C.R.D.S) and Property Care Association (PCA) accredited throughout the term of the contract The award of this Contract will be on the basis of the Most Economically Advantageous Quotation taking into consideration the following award criteria: 60% Quality (made up of contractors Method Statements and compliance to Mandatory Criteria) 40% Price Timetable Publication and Advertisement - 18/06/2015 Deadline for Questions - 02/07/2015 Tender closure - 09/07/2015 @ 12:00pm Evaluations - 10/07/2015 - 20/07/2015 Intention to award - 21/07/2015 Award - 24/07/2015 Contract start Date - 03/08/2015 *The above dates are indicative and may be changed at the discretion of LMH
