TD0962 Provision of Consultancy Services for Vibrant District Centres Programme, Normanton

Tenders are invited for the supply of Consultancy Services for the Vibrant District Centres Programme in the Normanton area of Derby. The successful Service Provider will be responsible for providing the services listed below, liaising closely with the Contract Manager Andy Smart. The further development of community designs and interventions related to community placemaking throughout the Normanton District Centre. The development of a 'Festivals' package, specifically related to Normanton's strengths. This package will serve to inform and understand the wider impacts of road closures on the adjoining transport network. Further develop the strengths of existing community engagement and use this to help develop new ideas and potential interventions.
