RFI - End of Life Care Services for North East Essex CCG

This is a Request for Information (RFI) published on behalf of NHS North East Essex Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG). The purpose of this RFI is to gauge market interest for the provision of End of Life Care Services.

The overall vision for End of Life care in North East Essex is that patients approaching the end of their life should be treated as individuals in relation to their emotional, physical and psychological needs, cared for with dignity and respect, be free from pain and other symptoms, in familiar surroundings in the company of close family and friends.

With this RFI, the CCG requests information from prospective Providers regarding their organisation and services. The information will be gathered and will be used to inform the CCG’s service model for an End of Life Care service and future procurement plan.
