description
Guildford Borough Council, working in partnership with the Department for Communities and Local Government (CLG), is seeking to procure a Homeless Outreach and Support Service for referrals made within the borough. The service will provide assertive outreach and resettlement support to male and female rough sleepers aged 16 and over or people at risk of rough sleeping within the borough. The service will also provide tenancy sustainment support to former rough sleepers who have secured accommodation via Registered Providers of Social Housing, Local Authorities and through Rent Deposit Schemes etc.
