Technology Refresh - Cloud and DevOps Implementation

OFGEM is looking for We are looking for an expert organisation, experienced in implementing Microsoft Azure tenancies, to help us implement our already defined architecture, and are specifically looking for the successful componay to carry out the following activities:

Design, deploy and configure a fully functioning Dev Domain to include DNS, Group Policies etc.

Deploy & fully configure DEV\QA\UAT Azure IaaS environments for each scheme via repeatable, consistent scripts (ARM Templates, DSC, Powershell etc).

Design and configure Jenkins to deploy Infrastructure as a Code.

Design and configure Jenkins to deploy application code and implement continuous integration.

Design and implement a full naming convention for all Dev Domain items (OU's, Servers, Accounts etc) and all Azure items (Vnets, Storage accounts etc).

Work with our Infrastructure team to implement a patching solution for the environments.

Work with our Infrastructure team to implement a monitoring and alerting solution for the environments.

Work with our Infrastructure team to ensure highly resilient and redundant network links are implemented for the Azure nvironment.Implement processes, procedures and technologies to ensure Azure spend is minimised, and that we obtain best value for money from our Azure implementation as a result.

Provide guidance on Azure best practices.

Design, Implement & Document a DevOps process using the latest best practices, working in conjunction with our DevOps Team Leader and DevOps Engineer.

Facilitate handover workshops to all Scheme members and DevOps teams on full implementation.

Fully document each technology implemented, up to audit level sS tandards
