The contract for the provision of the Highways Weed Control Service will commence in March 2020 and will be for one year for London Borough of Havering. The successful contractor will be responsible for maintaining a weed free highway network throughout the borough. This will include, but not limited to, plants or vegetation growing in footways, channels, tree sockets or around street furniture.
