Provision of Tub Ice Cream

Canterbury City Council ("the Council") wishes to select and appoint a suitable supplier for the provision of Tub Ice Cream at Marlowe Theatre, Canterbury and invites prospective suppliers to submit a quotation to meet the Council's requirements.

The specific requirements for the above are detailed in the Specification at APPENDIX A. The Council cannot guarantee the amount or volume of goods or frequency of orders that will be placed during the contract term. It should be noted that by submitting a quotation, you confirm that you understand and can meet these requirements.

Suppliers are asked to deliver 5 samples of each of the 4 flavours detailed in Appendix B - Pricing Schedule between 9.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. on Monday 17 July 2017 to be delivered to the Stage door at the Marlowe Theatre (each sample clearly marked with the name of the supplier).

The Contract is anticipated to commence August 2017 and will continue for a period of  2 years unless terminated in accordance with the Conditions of the Contract.

Important Notice: Suppliers should in the first instance register themselves on the Kent Business Portal by following registration instructions. After registering suppliers are asked to express their interest in this opportunity, after which suppliers will be able to access and download all the required documents attached to this notice. Please ensure you download all documents and complete according to instructions contained.
